i-provide is certified to EN ISO 9001:2015. Effective, streamlined processes were created based on this standard with on-time delivery and product quality as key elements.

Our measuring equipment provide the backbone for quality assurance. Each unit undergoes regular calibration and remains at the cutting edge of technology. They can perform optical and tactile 2D and 3D measurements. We generate measurement reports and conduct initial sampling in compliance with various standards. We carry out ongoing inspections during series production to ensure product quality.

Testing programs can be quickly and easily created based on 3D CAD data. The machine can provide highly precise optical and tactile measurements. The contactless transmitted light method is used for 2D contours. In the case of 3D geometries, tactile measurements are made, i.e. the surfaces are scanned using buttons. The measurements are evaluated using the high-performance Zeiss Calypso software, which offers numerous evaluation options for measurement readings.

Our VICIVision optical measuring machine is setting new benchmarks with respect to measuring accuracy, measurement speed and usability. Complex measurements with numerous fits, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, width flats and much more are completed in a short space of time. Entire component series can be fully inspected in this way. The measurement reports have a clear layout and are easy to understand.
